Learn MoreFlanged Cross
The flanged cross adopts a flanged bolted fastening structure, requiring no on-site welding to achieve the diversion or merging of four pipeline routes. The product complies with national standards GB/T12459, HG/T20592, and American standards ASME B16.5, B16.9. The nominal diameter range is DN25-DN600, and the pressure rating covers PN16-PN160 and Class150-Class900. The main body materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel. The flange types include PL plate-type flat welding, SO slip-on welding with neck, and WN welding neck with neck. The sealing surface options include RF raised face, FF full face, and RTJ ring joint face. This structural design makes pipeline maintenance, equipment isolation, and pipeline network modification possible without cutting the pipeline, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs. The product is widely used in high-pressure and high-temperature working conditions such as petroleum refining, natural gas, thermal power, coal chemical industry, and urban heating, and is a four-way diversion solution with a relatively high safety level in industrial pipeline systems.
