THD threaded pipe cap

THD threaded pipe caps belong to forged threaded pipe fittings. THD means Threaded. They are connected by screwing the internal thread onto the external thread of the pipe, and are used for detachable sealing at the end of a pipeline. The products mainly comply with ASME B16.11 and GB/T14383 standards, and are formed by an integral die forging process. The specifications are mainly small diameters from DN6 to DN100. The pressure ratings cover 3000LB, 6000LB, and 9000LB American standard pound classes. Thread types include NPT American standard tapered pipe threads and BSPP/BSPT British standard pipe threads. Materials include A105 carbon steel, 304/316L stainless steel, heat-resistant alloy steel, duplex steel, etc. Compared with welded pipe caps, threaded connections require no hot work, can be freely disassembled and assembled, and can be reused, making them suitable for pipeline ports that require regular inspection, cleaning, or instrument maintenance. We can confirm specific specifications, materials, and thread systems according to project requirements. You are welcome to contact us for selection recommendations and quotations.
